1: Flatness:
As for the flatness of the display screen, this does not require professional instruments, and visual inspection is generally used. The normal flatness of the display should be guaranteed to be within ±1mm, so as to ensure that the picture played by the screen will not be distorted, but any local protrusion or depression will lead to a dead angle of the display. During the installation process, it is best to ensure that the module and There are no gaps between modules. Be aware of this especially when assembling displays below P3, as you will most likely see black lines.
2: Brightness and visual angle:
Tthe brightness of indoor full color screen shall be 800-2000cd/m2, and the brightness of outdoor full color screen shall be 5000-7500cd/m2, so as to ensure the normal operation of the display screen. Otherwise, the displayed image will not be clear because the brightness is too low or too high. The brightness is mainly determined by the crystal size of LED tube core. The visual angle directly determines the How much, so the bigger the angle, the better. Its size is mainly determined by the packaging method of the tube core.
